Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellations. We understand there may be times when you miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations with work or family.  Nevertheless, you must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel. Sacred Lotus Massage reserves the right to charge a fee for a missed appointment without prior notice of 24 hours

Late Arrivals

We ask you to arrive 10 min prior to your session to allow time to fill out paperwork and have time to communicate with your therapist about your session. Failure to do so may result in loss of time from your massage. Late arrivals cause schedule delays for those clients who arrive promptly at their appointment time. Please be mindful of your appointment times and call us if you are expect a late arrival/
