Swedish Massage - 30 min

Service Description

Swedish massage is very gentle. This massage helps with relaxation, improve blood flow, and relieves muscle tension. The therapist uses long, gliding strokes and kneading and tapping techniques on the top layer of muscles in the direction of blood flow to the heart. This may also include moving the joints gently to improve range of motion.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellations. We understand there may be times when you miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations with work or family.  Nevertheless, you must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel.
